We know that new things can be hard sometimes, so don’t fret! We created this step-by-step guide to get you to every service you could possibly want!
Step 1
Login
You can either click here or click the blue “Book” button in the top right corner of the website
Create your account
Step 2
Fill out both your and your pet’s info
Select your service
Step 3
If you’re booking doggy daycare or an overnight boarding stay, simply choose your pet, add the date(s) and then see the availability.
If you are trying to choose any other services or add-ons, scroll down until you see the orange “Appointments” button and click the service(s) from the drop-down menu. From there, add your pet, the date(s) and select from the availability.
Confirm & submit your selections
Step 4
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and confirm that everything looks right in the summary section. Then press the green submit button.
Add your payment details
Step 5
If you haven’t already added your payment details into your account, you’ll be prompted to do so.
If your payment details are already in there, you’ll be prompted to pay to book your service.
You’re booked!
Step 6
To see all of your upcoming bookings, click on “My Account” in the top right corner, then “Bookings” on the left-hand panel.
